Watts joins Cleveland as part of a six-move offseason shuffle during OTAs.

The Cleveland Browns signed former Tampa Bay defender Markees Watts in free agency as part of a six-player roster adjustment during the offseason. Watts, who appeared in games for the Buccaneers, also contributed on special teams. The move comes as the Browns continue to shape their depth chart ahead of mandatory minicamp.

Two tryout players were also signed to reserve roles. The six moves overall reflect typical offseason rotation as Cleveland evaluates roster options and special-teams depth during the non-game portion of the calendar.
