Calgary's stability stands out as LA, Edmonton, and others cycle through leadership.

Ryan Huska is now the longest-tenured head coach in the Pacific Division after the Los Angeles Kings hired a new bench boss this offseason and the Edmonton Oilers continue their search. The Flames have not changed coaches since 2023, making them the only Pacific team to avoid a coaching change over that span.

The turnover across the division reflects broader NHL churn at the position. Huska took over in Calgary in November 2023 and led the Flames to the playoffs in 2024-25.
