Atlanta locks in its head coach after signing Saleh as head of basketball operations, keeping the front office intact.
The Atlanta Hawks have extended coach Quin Snyder on a multi-year contract, keeping their head coach in place as the franchise stabilizes its front office. The extension follows the Hawks' recent agreement with Onsi Saleh to serve as head of basketball operations, locking in the team's decision-making core heading into the offseason.
Snyder arrived in Atlanta in 2023 and took over a Hawks team mid-season. The dual commitment signals the organization's commitment to continuity after the Saleh hire.
