Methodology: every venue/game refresh recomputes Rafty’s pre-game pick from each team’s state at kickoff (excluding the game being graded), then compares the pick to the actual winner once the game finalizes. Probabilities are bucketed by confidence so you can see whether the model is well-calibrated at each level — a 70% pick should hit ~70% of the time.
