Injury

Reid said the wide receiver should be available when camp opens, pending his return from legal proceedings.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid told reporters Thursday that he expects Rashee Rice to be ready for the start of training camp, per ESPN.com. Rice, 26, missed eight games last season with a knee injury but appeared in the final eight contests, posting 5 TD in 53 catches for 571 yards.

Reid's timeline assumes Rice's legal situation resolves as expected. "He gets out next week," Reid said. "He'll be back up here and working." Rice's availability for camp will mark his first extended reps since the injury sidelined him early in 2025.
