Buffalo reshuffles its college evaluation staff with promotions across multiple roles.
The Bills announced four promotions in their scouting department. Alonzo Dotson was elevated from college scout to assistant director of college scouting, Tyler Pratt moved from southeast area scout to national scout, Kellyn Gerenstein was named the team's BLESTO scout, and Gardner Temkin filled Gerenstein's former role as scouting assistant.
The moves reshape Buffalo's college evaluation pipeline ahead of the offseason, with Dotson and Pratt taking on broader territorial and supervisory responsibilities while Gerenstein and Temkin adjust to their new assignments.
