The Seattle Seahawks placed rookie nose tackle Deven Eastern on the active/physically unable to perform list Saturday, the team announced, one day after Seattle’s rookies became the first in the league to report to training camp. The team did not disclose the nature of the injury; the seventh-round pick also missed portions of OTAs and minicamp. Eastern can be activated at any point once he passes a physical, and the designation carries no automatic regular-season consequence. Seattle’s first camp practice is July 25.
