Tennessee exercised the fourth-year guard's fifth-year option and is discussing a long-term deal.

The Titans exercised Peter Skoronski's fifth-year option and are in active extension talks with the left guard, per TitanInsider.com. Skoronski, a 2022 first-round pick, has appeared in 17 games over his first four seasons with one solo tackle and one tackle for loss on defense.

The discussions represent a commitment to Skoronski despite the departure of the front-office regime—Ran Carthon and Chad Brinker—that drafted him. At 24 years old with four years of experience, Skoronski remains a core piece of Tennessee's offensive line.
