Recap
The Mariners right fielder will miss the stretch run and playoffs.
Luke Raley is done for the season. The Mariners right fielder told The Seattle Times on August 6 that he requires surgery to repair the flexor tendon in his left arm. He expects to undergo the procedure within a couple weeks and anticipates being ready for the 2027 season.
Raley, 31, has appeared in 30 games this season with a .244 average, 21 hits, 5 home runs, and 13 RBI across 86 at-bats. His absence removes a depth piece from Seattle's outfield during the final stretch of the regular season.
