The Astros starter was pulled from a Triple-A appearance in the third inning.
Spencer Arrighetti was removed from his minor-league rehab start with Triple-A Buffalo in the third inning after suffering a foot injury, per The Jays Nation. Arrighetti, 26, is in his third season with Houston and has made three starts in 2026, posting a 3-0 record with a 2.00 ERA and 1.11 WHIP over 18.0 innings.
The early exit from rehab suggests a setback in Arrighetti's return timeline. The Astros will need to reassess his status before determining when he can resume full workload with the rotation.
