Injury
The Blue Jays rookie pitcher moves from injured list to further evaluation in Texas.
Blue Jays right-hander Trey Yesavage will visit a specialist in Texas on Monday after imaging revealed a meniscus issue in his left knee, per Sportsnet's Arden Zwelling. Yesavage, 22, was placed on the injured list Wednesday with what was initially diagnosed as left knee inflammation.
The 2025 call-up has pitched only once this season—a 5.1-inning start in which he earned a win and posted a 0.75 WHIP across three strikeouts. The specialist visit will determine whether the injury requires surgery or a longer recovery timeline.
