Joe Montana won four Super Bowls and three Super Bowl MVPs across 16 NFL seasons, 14 with the San Francisco 49ers under Bill Walsh and George Seifert. Drafted in the third round in 1979 out of Notre Dame, he ran the West Coast offense's architect role for a decade. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot in 2000.
