Cleveland makes a lineup shift for its playoff elimination game against Detroit.

Max Strus will start at small forward for the Cavaliers in Sunday's Game 7 against the Pistons, replacing Dean Wade. Strus, a 30-year-old guard in his sixth season, has played 12 games this season (5 starts) at 24.0 minutes per game, averaging 11.2 points and 5.4 rebounds. Wade, 29, has appeared in 59 games (38 starts) and averages 5.8 points and 4.2 rebounds in 22.3 minutes.

The change comes in a do-or-die matchup. Cleveland.com's Chris Fedor reported the move likely Sunday morning; Pistons PR confirmed the Cavs' official starting lineup hours before tipoff.
