The Toronto Raptors closed their Las Vegas Summer League on Sunday with a 96-89 consolation loss to the Denver Nuggets, finishing the trip at 3-2 after a week in which the front office made more news than the summer roster.

The result came with an asterisk the box score makes plain: Toronto ruled out Allen Graves, Chucky Hepburn, Seth Lundy, Alijah Martin and Collin Murray-Boyles before tip, per TSN. Graves and Lundy had carried the offense all week — Graves went for 23 in Thursday’s 99-90 win over Miami, and Lundy had scored 19 or more in three straight games. With the tournament stakes gone, the staff had already seen what it needed from that group.

The finale went instead to the end of the bench. Nimari Burnett led Toronto with 15 points, and Jamarion Sharp put up the most interesting line of the night: eight points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. At 7-foot-5, Sharp is the kind of rim-protection flier summer rosters exist to audit, and a double-digit rebounding night with three blocks is a real data point for a front office deciding whether he merits a camp invite.

Denver got a flawless night from Jahmi’us Ramsey, who scored 20 points on 9-of-9 shooting to lead all scorers.

Toronto leaves Las Vegas at 3-2, having missed the semifinal round on point differential. The week’s ledger is easy to read: Graves and Lundy established themselves as the roster-battle names to track into September, Sharp earned a longer look, and the organization’s most consequential business — the paused Kawhi Leonard trade and the reported DeRozan interest — remains unresolved heading into the dead weeks of the offseason calendar. Camp opens September 28.

For fantasy purposes, nothing from the finale changes a draft board. None of Sunday’s participants project for rotation minutes in Toronto this season, and Sharp is a name for the deepest dynasty formats only if he lands a two-way deal. The Raptors’ fantasy picture still runs through how the Leonard situation resolves, not through anything that happened in Vegas.
